Training: Graduated with full marks and honours in political economy from the University of Trento
He received a PhD in law and economics from the University of Siena. He also won the “Max Weber” scholarship as part of the “Post Doctoral Max Weber Programme” at the European University Institute of Fiesole. He has been a teaching assistant, part-time lecturer in the area of private law and holds of a number of research grants at the University of Trento.
Qualifications: Registered with the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Professionals since 2014.
Registered with the Register of Auditors since 2015.
Description: Mr Marco Gobbato has worked with Prof. Giovanardi since 2011, dealing with tax disputes and giving tax advice.
He provides assistance at the audit, control and assessment stages by the tax authorities and defends and provides representation for tax disputes.
He also draws up opinions, responses and queries and submits official queries on tax and corporate matters.
